I’ve been apprenticing at Black Squirrel Tattoo since February of 2023, but have been making art all my life. While from Omaha, I went to school in Indiana with plans to study art conservation. During my time there, I realized my passion was for art, and that I would regret not pursuing that. After this, I came home to pursue a tattoo apprenticeship. I originally became interested in art through realism, but my creativity later expanded into art of all mediums, even including makeup, photography, and now tattoos. I’m excited to keep growing and learning during my apprenticeship process, and I can’t wait to begin tattooing!
